Frequently Asked Questions

  • I try to package and ship within 3-4 days after purchase. For paintings on canvas, I use a local packing/shipping business because they are the ultimate professionals in meticulously preparing the artwork for transit. I package and ship notecards, prints, and small works on paper myself, generally USPS first class mail or priority mail.

You will be given tracking information for each purchase.

Shipping costs for paintings purchased through the Art Group Gallery will be arranged separately.

  • A flat-rate scale is used to ship small items based on size and weight. For instance, notecards (up to 5 boxes) cost $8.50 to ship within the U.S.A. The shipping price is $15 to ship stationery sets, and other combinations of small items.

For original works, the shipping is based on the size and price of the painting. I use a professional shipping business to pack and ship my paintings and it is, undeniably, rather expensive to have paintings shipped!

I offer free local pick-up at the Art Group Gallery in Little Rock, AR.

  • I will accept returns on paintings if I am contacted within 7 days of the painting’s arrival at the customer’s address. The painting must be returned in its original condition, subject to my inspection. I will refund the cost of the painting, but shipping charges both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

If I am contacted outside the 7-day window, I will accept a returned painting in its original condition for the purpose of exchange for another artwork(s) in my collection.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for stationery or prints, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.

  • I accept a limited number of painting commissions. As you can see from my website, I enjoy painting pets and also accept other types of painting commissions as long as the proposed subject is compatible with my painting style and interests.

  • While I am honored that you admire my painting/photos enough to want to create something similar, I must remind you that my artwork is my intellectual property and not to be copied. Anyway, you want to bring YOUR art into the world, not a copy of someone else’s!
